Bible Study Resumes
July 16 – 22, 2022

The next part of the journey through ‘Making Sense of the Bible’ by Adam Hamilton will begin on January 26 and 27.  The Wednesday evening gathering will be in person in the Church Library and the Thursday group will be via Google Meet online.  Times will be determined and announced as we go forward.

In the Fall we built the foundation of understanding the Old and New Testaments and what is in them.  Now we will turn to some of the difficult questions that are part of studying the Bible.

    • How is the Bible inspired?
    • Is the Bible the Word of God?
    • Science and the Bible
    • Violence and Suffering in the Bible.

It is through these conversations that we are working to help each other ground more deeply in Scripture and appreciate all the riches and depth of the Bible as a resource for our faith and lives.
