Change the World Sunday
May 19, 10am
Change the World is a day where we worship and then take our faith into the streets of Butler. We will worship briefly in the sanctuary at 10 a.m. and will then deploy to projects that over the years have included:
- Cleaning up and picking up trash in the streets of Butler.
- Cleaning up and planting in public parks and areas.
- Repairing people’s homes as we become aware of them and have referrals.
- Being neighbors and friends to people at the Butler Laundromat.
- At the Church in Fellowship Hall we will be packing meals for Eva’s Village (500 bag lunches).
All of it is a chance for us to live our faith in an intentional way and to be the neighbors our neighbors need.
