We will be studying Barb Roose’s Finding Jesus in the Psalms.  In reading the Psalms, we discover verses that give us strength in times of weakness, comfort in times of grief, a shepherd when in need of guidance, hope in times of hopelessness, and salvation when we are at our worst.  We also find words of joy for worship and praise!

Finding Jesus in the Psalms is on sale on Amazon, Christianbook, and Cokesbury at an estimated cost of $13-15.

If you need assistance in purchasing the book, please let us know.  You may know someone who needs a group study.  Invite them!

all day scrapbooking/craft day

Join us Saturday, May 6th, 2023 for an all day scrapbooking/craft day at Butler United Methodist Church.  The proceeds will benefit the Red Bird Mission team for supplies and travel expenses when they head to Kentucky in July.

The cost is $80 for a full day 9am-9pm and $40 for a half day with either a 9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm time slot.  There will be breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks supplied, along with a goody bag and 4 feet of tablespace to work on.  Door prizes and a few large prizes will occur throughout the day.  There is the option to pay for your spot online via the church website and mark it “Scrapbook Day” or print this form and mail it to church at 5 Bartholdi Ave, Butler NJ 07405.
